and American Express, money transfer, cashier
cheque and certified cheque.

purchase in advance DVD on demand, live event
feed or tickets before the due date of the show?
Yes, we encourage our customer in order
to provide faster services, and able to controllable
a high traffic flow, we offer our customer’s
a discount price to purchase our products in advance,
DVD on demand, live event feed or tickets to an
upcoming event etc.
3) Would
I get a refund if the event has been cancelled?
Yes, HAWKEYE PROMO. COM Will replaced any
product or refund to our customer at no extra
cost if any event or show were cancelled.
4) What
if I forget to watch the live feed, or fall a
sleep during the event can I asked for my money
back?
No, we will not refund are credit any tickets
that purchase for event, show or any download
after it has been or delivered, if you fall a
sleep or refusal due to likeness of event. However,
you have 24 hours to watch DVD on demand. HAWKEYEPROMO.COM
does not constitute the right to a refund or credit
for any event or download out side of its policy.
5) Do you
have a catalog that you can send me?
Please note that we introduce new products on
a weekly basis therefore we do not provide a printed
catalog. Our online catalog is the most comprehensive
and updated catalog.
6) Do you
drop ship?
Due to the complexity and high cost of implementing
the drop ship program, it is not feasible for
us to setup the program at this time. However,
we will reconsider it in the future.
7) What
is the delivery time frame?
It takes about 1 to 9 business days to process
an order, and then we will use the shipping method
the customers have chosen to ship out the merchandise.
FedEx Ground - 3 to 7 business days
FedEx 3 Day Select (Express Saver) - 3 business
days
FedEx 2 Day Air - 2 business days
FedEx Overnight standard - 1 business day
We have an "availability" status indicator
for each product so that you can estimate when
the order will be shipped. If you purchase a combination
of products with different availability status
please use the longest duration as guidelines.
Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock,
or discontinued items.
8) Why
does it take so long to get the products?
We have multiple warehouses and depend on what
items the customers have ordered we may have to
wait for the products from all the warehouses
to get to our fulfillment center before we can
ship out. Therefore it may take longer for some
orders to get shipped out.
9) Do you
have the items in stock?
If the product is displayed online then it means
it is in stock at that time. However, due to the
high volume of orders some item may be already
out of stock by the time an order is placed. Therefore
normally we can fulfill about 70%-100% of the
order.
10) I
need to obtain more information (size, dimension,
and appearance) for certain products?
Please check out the product description of the
products. If the information is not available
please Contact Us and we will try our best to
provide the information.
11) Some
items are missing from my order.
As indicated above our normal fulfillment rate
is about 70% - 100% therefore it is likely that
some items are out of stock/backorder/discontinued.
If you have been billed for items that are not
received please Contact Us and we will investigate
the matter immediately.
12) I have
a show/deadline to meet in a certain date; can
you deliver by that time?
We will try our best to meet customers’
deadlines. However, due to the high demand on
our products, there are times when deadlines just
could not be met. We apologize in advance for
such inconvenience. Please make sure you place
your order well in advance so that the chances
for missing the deadlines are minimal. Please
note that Hawkeye Clothing does not guarantee
to meet any deadlines therefore customers cannot
use it as a base for cancellation of orders.
13) Do
you sell fake/replica/knockoff fashion accessories?
No, we don’t. We only sell high quality,
name brand and non-brand products.
14) What
payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express,
Paypal with confirmed address, Cashier check/Money
order, and Wire Transfer Please note that we do
not accept COD as a payment method.
15) Do
you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship worldwide, but please be aware
of the relatively high cost of shipping. We have
contracts with FedEx that can offer you more discounts
than other carriers, If CND Postal Service is
still cheaper than FedEx we will definitely use
USPS to ship your products instead.
16) Do
you offer discounts for volume purchase?
Yes we do. Basically, our shopping cart will automatically
give you a discount after a certain volume of
order.
If a customer is interested in purchasing a product
in boxes, special discounts will be given.

is the minimum purchase requirement?

20) How
much does it cost for shipping?
For Domestic CND orders, shipping will be calculated
automatically when you check out of the shopping
cart and input the shipping address. You do not
need to complete the order to see the shipping
cost.
For International orders, the automatic shipping
calculator sometimes show $0.01, that means we
will estimate the shipping cost after the order
is placed, but we will obtain your confirmation
before we send in the order into processing.
21) How
long is the backorder or presale?
Normally if an item is backorder, it will take
between 4 - 6 weeks to restock. We do not restock
every item; only items that are popular may be
restocked for presale items there is an estimated
date of arrival in each of the product’s
description.
22) Why
is my credit card charged when you didn’t
ship my order yet?
There is a difference between “Authorization”
and “Charged”. Like any other credit
card purchase, the credit card company will put
a hold on the funds that are reserved for the
merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge
when we shipped the products, therefore the transaction
is just authorized.
