Policy Cancellation - For sales
purchase of DVD’s on demand, live event feed
or any other download product on this site. Cancellation
notice must be submitted either by phone or email
no later than 2 hours before viewing or downloading
as such.
due to the high traffics and cost of fulfillment.
If the order has already gone into the processing
period but before completing then any cancellation
will incur a 25% restocking fee. We advised our
customer’s to please make sure you identify
the products that you wish to purchase before
completing the transaction. All purchase for DVD
on demand is available for viewing for 24 hours
period; therefore fees are none-refundable after
transaction is completed.
Pre-Sale items
- In order to provide faster services, and able
to controllable a high traffic flow, we offer
our customer’s a discount price to purchase
our products in advance, DVD on demand, live event
feed or tickets to an upcoming event etc, In any
case none of the above mention product is not
available for viewing or any other reason due
to our promotional fault we will refund full price
paid.
Order status
- Update are an ongoing basis Pending Approval!
Means that the order has not been approved for
processing yet. We will need to verify some information
such as credit card verification, payment information,
etc. Before we can approve the order.

damage of any kind as the result of the product,
due to any reason or fault of your own. Buyer

Refund Policy
- HAWKEYE PROMO. COM Will replaced a product or
refund to our customer at no extra cost if the
product was unable to view or delivered with one
of these following two (2) conditions. Wrong product
sold, or if your feed, or download has some technique
issues from our end, we will first apply a special
rerun; if the problem cannot be solve for any
reasons given we will of course give you a full
refund.
Due to human error you may view or receive the
wrong product, in such case please notify us immediately,
not after viewing. Within 2 hours we will arrange
and correct the mistake. All complains must direct

with the following information: - Your name -
phone number – billing address – your
original order number – Reasons for a rerun
or a refund.
No Refund
– No Refund will be issued under the following
conditions: · any refusal due to likeness
of event after it has been delivered or air. HAWKEYEPROMO.COM
does not constitute the right to a refund or credits.
