is the outlet for the dancehall community to promote
their talents, weather it is in modeling, dancing,
sound system or fashion etc.
Dru has worked closely with
the one and only Brian “Big Head”
Martin who is the founder of the RED LABEL™
WINE international Dancehall Queen competition,
an annual event held in Jamaica at Pier 1 Montego
Bay, together Dru and Big Head were able to bring
the competition to Canada, where it is now an
annual event. Dru was also responsible for the
Canadian Dancehall King, and Canada, Jamaica USA
link up. Added to is resume, Dru also calibrated
with Kariblink Digital and together they were
able to feature for the first time in Canada the
popular Annual show Sting live feed.

Victoria Hill is a native of Toronto,
ON. At the age of 15, she was introduced to the
world of modeling and fashion, being discovered
by a new talent management agency, called Talentboy.
After recruitment, Victoria went about advancement;
she took training courses to help her improve
her modeling, dancing and singing.
As Victoria got older, she decided
she needed to focus on completing her studies.
At the age of 17, she graduated from high school
and was accepted to George Brown College. Her
business savvy drove her into the Business Administration
program, where she graduated. Meanwhile, Victoria
took part in co-ordinating various fashion shows
and photo shoots for other aspiring models, until
she decided to collaborate with another agency.
After, this venture collapsed, Victoria decided
to take all the know-ledge and passion she had
and formulate Hawkeye Model Agency. With the guidance
and leadership of her father, Dru 'Steve' Hill
of Hawkeye Promotions, Hawkeye Model Agency has
had the ability to bloom rapidly.
Victoria is extremely proud to
say that this company is run by people who are
extremely passionate and motivated, with a formula
like that- one can't go wrong!
Alison John was born and raised
in Ottawa, ON and was first introduced to the
beauty industry at age 16. An Estee Lauder Rep
stopped her and suggested that she apply for a
position as Beauty Advisor at an IMAN counter.
She explained that it would be a challenge as
the position had been open for some time. Sales
had suffered and the counter needed a lot of work;
no one had been able to generate sales. With a
natural ability for makeup artistry and having
been fed up with the repetition of retail, Alison
jumped at the opportunity. After several months
of blood sweat and tears, Alison essentially became
the counter manager. She turned around the stock
issues that were crippling sales, hosted events
that added to the already swollen clientele and
drew in the kind of attention that the line had
never seen in the past. Alison then went on to
become the Resident Trainer and Account Co-coordinator
for IMAN cosmetics, insuring the success of all
IMAN counters in Southern Ontario and Quebec.
Alison John not only possesses
a keen eye for beauty and fashion, she is also
talented in the art of dance and choreography.
For a couple of years, Alison was a key member
of an all female dance group called Silent Xplozion.
The group first performed at a Black History Month
showcase and made quite a splash on the local
television stations. The self-taught and self-managed
group continued to do shows at clubs and other
venues but also doubled as backup dancers for
a local rap group called Boogaloo Trybe. Together,
Silent Xplozion and Boogaloo Trybe opened for
several artists such as: The Rascalz, Infinite,
Kardinal Offishal, and KRS-One.
Today Alison continues to
work hard by funneling her efforts into marketing
and creative direction with plans to return dance
and event management.
Pamela Price is the exclusive
makeup artist for Hawkeye Model Agency, offering
professional makeup for print, television, film,
fashion or any other special occasions. She has
always had an artistic and creative flare. With
extensive education in fashion and cosmetics,
Pamela has studied everything from cosmetic product
knowledge, application, cosmetic science, life
drawing, colour theory, wardrobe coordination,
photo styling and the list goes on.
She decided she wanted to
bring her artistic ability to life in the world
of makeup artistry. She has done so with a very
unique style and a hand of perfection.
Her style has been described
as high fashion, glamour and fantasy. Pamela is
always continuing to educate herself so she can
keep up with the ever-changing society, technology
and trends.
